When will the apartments be ready for rent?

What is the application process?

How much is the security deposit?
A security deposit equivalent to one month of rent will be collected upon lease signing.
What is included in the rent?
The rent will include water and sewer and garbage disposal. Tenants will be individually responsible for electricity and internet/cable costs.
Are pets allowed? Is there a pet deposit fee?
One companion animal per unit is allowed.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in or on Sunny Olean property. Tenants found to be smoking in apartments, public spaces in the building, or in the parking lot at Sunny Olean will have their lease terminated.
Is parking included?
Parking is available for tenants behind the building. Each tenant will be provided with one (unassigned) parking tag. Additional tags may be available for a monthly fee.
Where will I receive my mail? How about package delivery?
Mail will be collected delivered to the unit mailboxes located directly outside of the building elevator. Packages will be delivered to the bike room.
How do I pay my rent?
Payments must be made online through your bank using Zelle Pay. You will not incur any fees from your bank by using Zelle Pay. You can set up an automatic payment schedule, thus saving you the hassle of remembering to pay; you will also save on postage using this payment method.
